Q: Is there a booking fee?

Yes, a booking fee is required to hold your date. A $100.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your rental equipment. The fee is applied toward your total rental balance.

What exactly is included with each rental?

Bloom Bar Rental Includes:

- Beautifully styled Bloom Bar cart
- Decorative signage
- Umbrella (for outdoor use when weather permits)
- Flower scissors/Flower food
- Ribbon/bouquet paper
- Delivery and setup available based on event location

Charcuterie Cart Rental Includes:

- Elegant charcuterie cart setup
- Decorative signage
- Mini cutting boards (20 pieces)
- Delivery and setup available based on event location

Please note: Food & flowers are not included. Clients are responsible for providing these items and any additional decor or serving pieces.

Question 2

How long is the rental period?

All rentals are for a 6-hour period, so you have plenty of time to enjoy your event without feeling rushed. We'll coordinate a drop-off and pick-up time that works around your schedule.

Question 3

How many flowers do I need for the bloom bar?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your guest count and how generous you want the bar to look! As a general rule, plan for about 5–7 stems per guest. I'm happy to help you think through quantities once we connect.

Question 4

Can the carts be used outside?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Both the Bloom Bar and Charcuterie Cart can be used outside on a flat, stable surface in appropriate weather conditions.

To protect our carts and ensure a safe experience, they must be placed in an area protected from extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions.

If severe weather is expected, we reccomend having an indoor backup location available. Weather-related changes are sunject to our weather policy and availability.

How do I book a rental?

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

The sooner the better — especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays. I recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I understand that plans can change. Because each rental is reserved specifically for your event date, cancellations impact our ability to accept other bookings.

$100.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date. The fee is applied toward the total rental price.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a refund of all payments made, excluding the $100.00 non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the booking fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are non-refundable.
If the rental balance has not yet been paid at the time of cancellation, any remaining balance due under the agreement will be handled according to the signed rental contract.
Reservations may be transferred to a new available date once, at no additional charge, if requested at least 30 days before the original event date. New dates are subject to availability.
No refunds or credits will be issued for rentals that are shortened, unused, or canceled after delivery or pickup.

What areas do you serve?

I'm based in Golden, CO and serve the surrounding areas including Denver, Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Morrison, and Evergreen. Not sure if you're in my service area? Just ask!

Is there a delivery fee?

Accepted Answer

We offer free delivery within Golden city limits.

For locations outside of Golden, a delivery fee may apply based on distance:

0–10 miles outside of Golden: $15–$25 delivery fee
10–25 miles outside of Golden: $25–$50 delivery fee
25–40 miles outside of Golden: $50–$75 delivery fee

We currently do not offer delivery beyond 40 miles. Final delivery fees will be confirmed at the time of booking based on your event location.

Do you set everything up?

Yes! We provide delivery & setup of your Bloom Bar or Charcuterie Cart rental. I will place the cart in your desired location, make sure it is ready for your event, and return after the event for pick-up.

Please ensure that the setup area is accessible, clean, and ready prior to our arrival. Additional setup requests or changes may be accommodated based on availability.

Do I need to clean or break down the rental?

Nope — I take care of pickup and breakdown too.

We ask that all personal items, decorations,, flowers, and food-related items be removed from the cart before pickup.
